LessAmerican real estate developer Tony Goldman is the visionary behind the revival of the Wynwood neighborhood. In 2009 Goldman opened Wynwood Walls, his vision for an open-air art gallery brought to life. Today it has become the heart of this thriving community with a collection of over 35 hand-painted murals, two street-art galleries, and various shops.

The Museum of Graffiti opened in 2019 as the first museum in the world to focus on the history of global graffiti art. The 3,200-square-foot space, curated by well-known graffiti artist/historian Alan Ket, displays a permanent exhibition of paintings, mixed media sculptures, and interactive installations by some of New York City’s earliest graffiti writers.
Cervecería La Tropical was once a worldwide brand responsible for more than 60% of Cuba's beer production. Now the brewery is in Miami, operating in a 28,000-square-foot space with a taproom, a restaurant and a stage for live music. Inspired by its Cuban origins, the brewery also features a botanical garden, Jardines La Tropical, which offers a self-guided tour of the tropical flora and fauna.
