Less☕ Best coffee in London: ‘Ooh, ok, I don’t drink coffee but I’m going to shift it to a chai latte. I love a chai latte. E5 Bakehouse: their home-brewed chai is the best chai I've ever had.’
🍨 Best dessert in London: ‘Oh that’s such a hard choice. If I wanted to go for the classy answer - and this is not representative of anything I'd have daily or how I'd live my life - but I went to a restaurant called Andrew Edmunds in Soho. We went there and I had something called a lemon posset. It was like a little lemon mousse. It was unbelievable. And I think that’s the real sign of an insane dessert, when its not something you’d usually go for and then they smash it out the park.‘
🌳 Best park in London: ‘Hampstead Heath. I know its a classic. I know its basic. I know its already been said before. But it's just the best. I would sell my soul to live by Hampstead Heath. I haven’t really explored the top side of it - I think that’s where the billionaires live - I've explored the side that's accessible to peasants like me; your Highgates, your Hampstead overground station areas. I think living in between highgate and Hampstead Heath, I'd not have a care in the world.‘
🍕 Best pizza in London: ‘Five star pizza? I live near a Yard Sale Pizza. The last time I ordered it was just when we'd moved into this flat, got one of the massive ones. I think we got whatever their novelty pizza was at the time. It was a fun one. Any of the Yard Sale pizzas, I’m into it. God, I sound like such a basic east Londoner, it's embarrassing.‘
🎡 Best London tourist attraction: ‘I have actually been to the London Dungeon with one of the other guests on your podcast, Chloe Petts. She took me for my birthday. It was one of the best days of my life. It was absolutely a dream.‘
🚆 Best tube in London: ‘I might just go for one of the classics. It might be Oxford Circus. I actually had a debate about this with someone the other day. I think Oxford Circus is like, the main tube station. I know some people think its King's Cross. But for me, it's Oxford Circus. That’s like the earth’s core. When I used to visit as a child, we’d always go to Oxford Street and I'd be like, this is it. London baby. I miss the big topshop with the DJ. I always thought wow, what a gig.‘
